The Ultimate Dominica Experience
The Boiling Lake hike is widely considered the most spectacular adventure in the Caribbean. Located in the heart of Morne Trois Pitons National Park โ a UNESCO World Heritage Site โ this 8.1-mile round-trip journey takes you through ancient rainforest, across volcanic ridges, and into the surreal Valley of Desolation.
The lake itself is a flooded fumarole โ a crack in the Earth's crust through which volcanic gases escape. The water temperature at the edges reaches 180โ197ยฐF (82โ92ยฐC), and the centre is perpetually boiling.
Elvis has guided hundreds of hikers to the Boiling Lake and knows every twist and turn of the trail. His deep knowledge of the local flora, fauna, and geology makes this much more than just a hike.
