Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Elvis Nature Tours. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 7 days before the tour date.

We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

Cancellations made 7-14 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are non-refundable.

Elvis Nature Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Participants must be in good physical health and able to complete the tour activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of booking.

All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our certified guides. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure activities.

Elvis Nature Tours carries comprehensive liability insurance. However, participants acknowledge that nature tours involve inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, or pre-existing medical conditions.

Photos and videos may be taken during tours for marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials unless you opt out in writing.

We are committed to sustainable tourism practices. Participants must respect protected areas, wildlife, and follow Leave No Trace principles.

Littering, disturbing wildlife, or removing natural specimens is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.

Elvis Nature Tours reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to bookings made after the update date.
